Susana Alvarez-Diaz is the President & CEO of The Alvarez Diaz Group - a public relations, marketing and branding firm located in Miami, Florida.
Her firm handles Fortune 500 clients, as well as small businesses. Susana has worked for organizations such as Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies. In addition, she served on the Miami Dade County Public Schools' Attendance Boundary Committee and has served on the Miami Lakes Cultural Affairs Committee.
Susana is an adjunct professor at the University of Miami teaching small business consulting, small business management and high potential ventures at the School of Business Administration. She graduated with honors from the University of Miami, where she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Finance and Marketing, as well as dual Master of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Management.

Frank Diaz is the CRO of The Alvarez Diaz Group - a public relations, marketing and branding firm located in Miami, Florida. He has sixteen years experience serving clients in various industries spanning banking, financial services, and corporate communications. He has worked with companies such as Merrill Lynch and Citibank.
Frank serves as Chairman of the Beautification Advisory Committee for the Town of Miami Lakes. He served as Chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee for the Multi-Lingual Taskforce of the Miami Dade County Public School Board and currently serves on the Attendance Boundary Committee.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.
